While our website is accessible around the clock for job orders and file submissions, our turnaround times are based on standard business days – weekends and federal holidays excepted. All online print orders, art, and proof approvals received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next standard business day before 9:00am EST.
Typically, our turnaround times are one business day for proofs and 3-5 business days for standard printing. Longer turnarounds apply to booklets, certain stocks and orders over 50,000 pieces. Add an additional 1-2 business days for mailing projects. As you’re putting together your order, the built-in calculator will generate a more specific turnaround time based on your chosen products.
