What are the requirements for submitting artwork?

Your submitted materials must meet the following requirements to be processed as a Fast Track proof:

Artwork must be uploaded as a single PDF for each product. If, for example, you order three business cards, you should have three files.
Fast-track proofing only permits ONE PDF to be uploaded per product. For products that have artwork on the front and the back, we ask that you submit 1 PDF containing 2 pages within the PDF- the first page being the front artwork and the second page being the back artwork.  If you upload more than 1 file into our Fast-track proofing system- it will pull the most recently uploaded file- overriding what has previously been uploaded.

All security settings on your PDF must be removed prior to submission.

Artwork for each page of your product needs to be centered on its own corresponding page within the trim box of the PDF. The size of the entire PDF page, including any bleeds, marks, or white space, does not matter as long as the artwork is the correct size and centered within the trim box. Do not put the front and back of a single product on the same PDF page, and do not set up more than one copy of your product on a single page.
